All lessons are conducted online using reliable platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Class In and Tencent meeting.
Yes, lessons may be cancelled by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
Please arrive on time for your lesson, as additional time cannot be added if the teacher has another lesson scheduled afterward. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deduction of one lesson fee.
If a lesson is missed without prior notice, one lesson fee will be deducted.
There are no registration fees. However, lessons must be paid one month in advance to secure your teachers' time and availability.
Yes! You can pause or cancel your lessons by giving us at least 7 days' advance notice. Any fees for unattended lessons will be refunded.
Most of our ESL students take 2-3 lessons a week. If you need more or fewer lessons, we can adjust the schedule to suit your needs.
